IVAO India Events invites all IVAO members to our upcoming event in VIDP

The majority of flights are scheduled for this event and will be arriving from different domestic airports within India to New Delhi and certain select Flights will be departing from New Delhi to select destinations within India.
If you are participating in this event, you will have to make a flight booking.

Since VIDP has three runways, during the event hours ATC controller will only keep one runway available for departure and arrivals to challenge their skills.

LIVE from 14z to 16z and extended depending upon traffic.

Aviation Celebration Tours and Events award will be issued to all participating members by India Division, please make sure to report your Flight / ATC reports on the below links. 
To Pilots: Please note that if you do not complete a successful Flight leg, you won't be qualifying for this award.

• You need to make a Flight Booking in order to receive Aviation Celebration Tours and Events Award.
• Make sure you have the Airport scenery installed on your simulator.
• Arriving aircraft into VIDP, make sure to depart on time as per your booking ZULU time.
• Follow ATC instructions at all times (If ATC asks you to hold at certain altitudes please do so). Since this is a simulation we would recommend you comply with all the ATC instructions during your flight.
• Do not report any simulated emergency situations or create a scenario for the ATC during this event.
