Developer Avinash C. has just announced Mumbai- Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport-for X-Plane 11 with some screenshots of the control tower.
The six previews, released via X-plane org, show parts of the ATC tower both in sim and rendering, including night lighting.
Know for developing an array of freeware Indian airports with custom made objects, Avinash C says-

After perfecting VIDP (Delhi Indira Gandhi International Airport), i am looking at VABB (Mumbai Chatrapathi Shivaji International Airport) as my next ambitious project. Back in 2018, the aviation hub of West India made it into record books by handling 1007 aircraft movements in 24 hours, highest for a single runway ops airport.
So far there hasn't been any statement on the date of release for the scenery. Stay tuned for further updated.
